The International Book Fair Venezuela 2005 offers exhibitors the option of utilizing, free of charge, rooms for the purpose of activities such as conferences, forums, meetings and book presentations. The organizers offer: Rooms and other spaces with a capacity of 60 people (seated). These rooms are furnished with a large table, chairs, basic sound system, lighting (in the rooms) and exhibition hosts. Any additional equipment necessary – extra microphones and amplified sound, video, projectors, screens–, will have to be contracted and stored by the interested party. The use of these rooms and spaces will be for 2-hour sessions long.
Details of the event to be held in these spaces may be included in the General Programme and in the accompanying promotional material when the information is sent before 14th October 2005. The ORGANIZING BODY will assign the rooms after studying the proposed use, and in the chronological order of the requests made and acceptance will be communicated in writing to the successful applicant. The ORGANIZING BODY will happily offer any support to the exhibitor in any other aspect related to the organization of these events. |
