Setting up Wednesday 9th November, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm; Thursday 10th May, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Requirements Only those exhibitors who have settled up in full the hire of their stand(s) will be allowed entry to the site facilities to set up their exhibits. Only those possessing proper passes will be allowed to enter the site facilities to set up their exhibits on the day and at the time stipulated. The only other people to be admitted on these occasions are those specifically authorized by the Organizing Committee. Exhibitors may design and decorate their designated stands, only after having previously notified the Organizing Committee and on receipt of the corresponding authorization. Painting or sticking things on the walls of the modules is not allowed, Similarly, it is not permitted to make holes in any part of the stand that would represent permanent damage. Specially trained personnel will be available on request, to assist with any details concerned with the assembly and decoration of the stands. Decoration and furniture belonging to the stand will be installed in a way so as not to obstruct the circulation of visitors. Audio visual equipment must not disturb other exhibitors or the public. Any changes to the stand structure previously built by those sub-contracted by the Fair, must be authorized by them. Only the power points installed by the company in charge of assembling the stands may be used. Dismantling Date: Monday 21st November 2005, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Note: Books, equipment, furniture and other articles not removed within the period stipulated for dismantling, will be considered abandoned, without rights to any further claim and under no condition will the Organizing Committee be held responsible. Warehousing Exhibitors will be given the use of a general warehouse in which to store material they are to exhibit, which must be kept in sealed boxes, duly numbered and labelled, with the name of the publishers and the country they come from. Under no circumstance will it be allowed to remove any books from the warehouse that are found outside their boxes. Access into the general warehouse will be allowed only during the hours already stipulated and on presentation of the proper credentials. Under no circumstance will it be permitted to transfer any material from the warehouse to the stand or vice versa during opening hours to the public. |
