ERNESTO VILLEGAS

He is a journalist with a vast experience in Venezuelan mass media. He is presenter of the daily television program En Confianza [In Confidence], which is broadcasted by ‘Venezolana de Televisión', and the radio program Buscando el Equilibrio [Looking for the Balance] at ‘Jazz 95.5 FM' radio station. He conducts Sunday interviews in the ‘Últimas Noticias' newspaper, is a columnist of the weekly newspaper ‘Quinto Día' and collaborator of the magazines ‘Pa x' and ‘América XXI'. Villegas has worked for ‘El Nuevo País' and ‘Economía Hoy' newspapers, and ‘Radio 1300 AM' radio station.
He is winner of the 2002 National Journalism Prize. He wrote, together with his colleague Alexis Rosas, a book titled El Terrorista de los Bush [The Bush Family's Terrorist]. |
